USPS Expedited Service
Delivery times vary from five to fifteen business days (we find the average is ten), with remote locations occasionally taking longer. This service includes insurance and basic delivery confirmation (which does not offer package tracking).
A basic customs declaration will appear on the outside of all orders shipped USPS. It will be worded exactly as:
"1 CI-XXX Custom ladies apparel - contents: Nylon - XX%, Lycra XX%, Polyester - XX% - Made in Canada."
Where CI-XXX will the the product SKU, and the percentage of fibre weight of materials for each garment.
The product is never named (identified only by the SKU and the words "Custom ladies apparel").
This statement does not appear on orders shipped by FedEx or to destination within Canada.
USPS is used for all PO box and rural deliveries.
Customers placing orders under $60 have the option of using either USPS or FedEx.
Cameo Intimates reserves the right to substitute USPS in place of FedEx in certain circumstances.
Orders over $60 to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be charged an $8 fuel surcharge at checkout.
Orders over $200 will receive free shipping.
FedEx Ground Service
Delivery times vary from two to six business days, with remote locations occasionally taking longer. This service includes online intermediate scanning and e-mail updates, so you can monitor the progress of your package. We choose FedEx on US orders for fast and reliable delivery.
As an added bonus, all FedEx packages from Cameo Intimates are pre-cleared with customs, so your order will never be held up at the border or charged duty.
For your added privacy, our FedEx shipments DO NOT display any customs declaration, the value of your order, or a description of the package's contents (the necessary information is provided electronically to our customs broker).

Transit times could be five to twenty business days to most locations. Remote areas may occasionally take longer. Shipped by Canada Post and delivered by the destination country's postal system (or private delivery firm in some cases).
Purolator International Courier
Transit times are 1-3 business days to most locations. Greece, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan are typically 1-4 business days, and some rural or remote areas in any country may occasionally take longer. Shipped by Purolator, however delivery may be completed by another private delivery firm, such as DHL, Parcel Force, or FedEx. Orders outside USA/Canada:
We make an effort to ship just about anywhere! Some countries may have restrictions such as:
1) The size of you order may be limited based upon insurance rules for your country. Typically this is $200.00 for Western Europe, Australia/New Zealand and Japan. Others may be limited to $100.00.
2) In some parts of the world, we may require additional information from you to process your credit card.
3) Our daring garments may be restricted in certain countries, so you may wish to check to make sure your order does not break any local laws. Cameo Intimates cannot be held responsible for seized orders.

General Shipping Information:
Shipping issues:
All orders are insured for damage and loss and are discreetly packaged in a sturdy bubble envelope or box. Customs information may appear on the outside of the parcel for US and international orders. Your phone number will appear on the outside of the package as it is may be needed by the carrier to complete delivery.
It is recommended that packages be sent to a secure location, such as your occupied residence or place of employment. At the carrier's discretion, packages may require a signature and will not be left unattended. Otherwise, they generally attempt delivery at a later date and/or leave a notice for pickup at your nearest post office. Failing this, the packages get returned to us and an additional shipping cost and delay will be added for the second try. Once received at your designated address, packages are no longer covered by the carrier's insurance.
Cameo Intimates reserves the right to substitute shipping carriers or the service level in certain instances, choosing equal or better value. Whenever possible, you will be advised of any changes prior to delivery. If you have any concerns or special requests for shipping, please contact us. |

Refused, undeliverable or address corrected shipments:
Cameo Intimates reserves the right to charge our standard $20 service fee on all refused or undeliverable shipments which come back to us. Depending on the circumstances and the carrier, there may be costs associated with address corrections, typically equal to or less than the original shipment price. Customs and import duty:
Shipping costs include customs paperwork preparation when necessary. Orders sent from our Canadian location will enter the US without import fees or taxes (duty). Because Cameo Intimates is bonded and trusted by Homeland Security, our US orders are pre-cleared for customs, and breeze through the border without any delays at all!
In other countries, your government may apply an import fee or tax, which you will have to pay. For shipment insurance purposes, all packages are labeled as the actual order value. |
