Yes, we accept returns!
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer the following no-hassle options:

  • Issue a refund
  • Exchange sizes, colors or garments
  • Issue store credit toward a future purchase

Terms
We accept as-new items for exchange or store credit within 180 days of delivery to you.
We accept as-new items for refund within 21 days of delivery to you.
Clearance items are final sale and exempt from this policy.

All orders include simple to follow return instructions for your convenience. Unlike other online stores that require you to email or phone in for return approval, you do not need to contact us to make arrangements.

Garments are not resold, however we do require all returns and exchanges to be received in the same, as-new, unsoiled condition we provided them in, with all tags attached.

At the sole discretion of Cameo Intimates Lingerie, returns on garments with missing or removed tags, and/or soiled garments may be granted a pro-rated store credit or refund. Garments that have been clearly abused will be shipped back to the customer at our expense.

-Please note that it is extremely rare for returns to be in such poor condition that we are left with no other choice than to take this course of action. We are proud of our less than 0.1% return rate, and feel this is a very reasonable policy regarding damaged returns and exchanges. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us!

Costs
  • You will only pay for insured return shipping at standard rates
  • There is NO service charge on returns
  • There is NO service charge on exchanges
  • There is NO service charge on store credit

    • If you received free shipping on your order, we will process your return less the cost of shipping.
    • Our current shipping promotion does not include exchanges. There will be a very modest shipping charge to send you the exchanged garments.

Due to the custom nature of every garment, modifications or substitutions made beyond two (2) days of the original purchase date will be subject to a non-refundable order change fee of $10 per item. In most cases, order changes requested by the customer will reset the estimated completion time to 2-3 weeks. An additional charge for upgraded rush production (when available) may be required to meet your specific deadline.

Cameo Intimates reserves the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee on all custom projects and made-to-order garments cancelled by the customer beyond five (5) days of the original purchase date.

To return a garment, please follow these easy steps...
  1. Include a copy of your invoice. On a piece of paper, tell us what you would like done with your return. Be as detailed as possible and please include your email address or a telephone number so we may contact you if we require additional information to fulfill your request. Also, please include a brief explanation of why you are sending your goods back to help us prevent future order problems.

  2. THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Place your return authorization sticker (included with your order) in an obvious spot next to your shipping label.

  3. Please package your garments carefully and purchase sufficient insurance. Cameo Intimates is not responsible for returns and exchanges that are lost or stolen in transit. The insurance is for your protection.

  4. Send your package to the address below, prepaid, by MAIL only (USPS or Canada Post is preferred). Please avoid the use of commercial carriers such as UPS, DHL or FedEx for returns. For customers in the USA we recommend USPS "Priority Mail® International". We've researched all the available options for you, and this is the best as it includes online tracking and basic insurance. Click here to print and pay for the postage online, and request free carrier pickup for additional convenience and savings.

What do we do with returned merchandise?
They are used by quality control for torture testing. We are constantly seeking to improve the quality of our garments. Stain-resistance, color-fastness and overall durability testing is an important part of this ongoing process.
We do not resell returned garments under any circumstance.
As of March 2010, our return rate is less than 0.1%
