How will my order be shipped?
All shipments are insured for damage or loss while in transit and are discreetly packaged in a plain box or bubble envelope with "BIGDoer Enterprises" on the return address label. What will appear on my credit card statement?
We respect your right to privacy. Similar to our discreet package labelling, your purchase (if paid by credit card) will appear on your statement as "BIGDoer Enterprises".

Is your site secure?
Absolutely! Our web site does not collect any personally-identifiable information on shoppers. Our dedicated server is monitored daily by two independent security firms, COMODO and ControlScan. Our shopping cart system will tally all prices for you and prepare an order-form that you can send to us. We do not accept telephone orders, but would be happy to collect your payment information over the telephone after you have sent us your printed order.

Why does it take a few weeks to produce your garments?
All our lingerie is lovingly hand made to order.
Aside from stockings, we do not carry an inventory of finished pieces, and all garments are made specifically for you -- not just pulled out of a warehouse.

Please allow two to four weeks for your order to be finished by our in-house seamstresses, plus shipping times.

I want to try all the exciting Cameo Intimates designs, but you don't always list my size. Why is there such a wide range of sizes in one style, and not in others? Can't you make everything for everyone?
Unfortunately, we can't. We have found that many of our styles only tend to be suitable for certain size ranges. There may be comfort or support issues, or practicality concerns if we stray outside the range we offer. We thoroughly experiment and test, and try our best to cover as many sizes as possible. Selling you something that may not work is not in either of our best interests. Your total satisfaction is our number one priority.

Does Cameo Intimates have a "Wish List" feature?
You can save and send the contents of your shopping cart to as many as five different e-mail addresses. This feature is useful for:

• Shopping but wanting to checkout later from another computer
• Sending your selected items, sizes, and color choices to someone else for payment (and they don't have to guess your size!)
• As a reminder to come back and complete your purchase at a later date

Simply click the "Email Cart" button after adding all your desired items into your shopping cart.

The e-mail addresses entered into this feature are used solely for this purpose, and are not collected in any way. Both the sender and recipient(s) remain completely anonymous to Cameo Intimates, and you will never receive further e-mail from us as a result of using the Email Cart feature.

Does Cameo Intimates have a printed catalogue?
No, we do not offer a mail order catalog. Our website is updated daily and is the only medium that can keep up with all the changes. Everything we make is listed here on the site.
